The short version
Full refund within 24 hours of purchaseif you have not started any mock test under the new plan. After that — or once you’ve attempted any mock — the plan is non-refundable.
1. Eligibility for refund
You qualify for a 100% refund (less Razorpay fee where applicable) if all of these are true:
- Less than 24 hours have passed since the payment timestamp.
- You have not started any mock test, AI tutor session, doubt photo, or re-evaluation under the plan.
- The request is made from the same email address used to make the payment.

3. How to request a refund
- Email us at hello@caverse.in from your registered Google account email.
- Use the subject line:
Refund request — <your plan>. - Include the Razorpay payment ID (begins with
pay_) — visible in your receipt email.
We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
4. What is not refundable
- Plans where you have already attempted a mock, used the AI tutor, submitted a doubt photo, or triggered a re-evaluation.
- Plans purchased more than 24 hours ago.
- Razorpay processing fee (typically 2% + GST) — outside our control.
- Currency-conversion charges levied by your card-issuing bank for international cards.
5. Cancellation
All current plans are one-time, non-recurring. There is no auto-renewal — your access simply ends on the expiry date. To stop using CAVerse before then, you can sign out at any time; your account remains and you can return until the plan expires.
If we introduce auto-renewing plans in future, cancellation will be available with one click from the dashboard, and we will require explicit re-consent before the first auto-renewal.
6. Service-side issues
If a service issue on our side prevents you from using the plan you paid for (e.g., extended downtime, bug blocking access to a feature), email us and we will either extend the plan duration or refund pro-rata at our discretion — even outside the 24-hour window.
7. Disputes
Any dispute regarding a refund is governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
